Արտակարգ դեպք` Երևանում. բնակելի թաղամասում հայտնաբերվել է մարտական արկ
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ ապրիլի 4-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 911 ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել քաղաքացիներից, որ ջրախողովակները փոխելու ժամանակ, փոս փորելիս հայտնաբերել են արկանման առարկա:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է ԱԻՆ ՓԾ թիվ 9 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ:
Պարզվել է, որ ջրախողովակները փոխելու նպատակով փոսը փորելիս բանվորները հայտնաբերել են անհայտ ծագման արկ և այն վնասազերծելու համար պետք է ժամանեին հատուկ մասնագետներ, ինչից հետո ժամանել են ԱԻՆ ՓԾ հրշեջ-փրկարարական և ինժեներական ջոկատի սակրավորներ Մարտին Աթոյանը, Էդգար Դավթյանը և Օնիկ Դավթյանը:
Վերջիններս զգուշությամբ այն տեղափոխեցին ավազով լցված հատուկ արկղ և պետք է տեղափոխեն այնուհետև Արմավիրի մարզի՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի պալիգոններ՝ պայթեցնելու եղանակով ոչնչացնելու համար:
Արկը մարտական է եղել ու եթե այն հայտնաբերած քաղաքացիները անզգուշություն ցուցաբերեին, կառաջանար պայթյուն և վնաս կպատճառեր պայթյունի հարևանությամբ գտնվող մարդկանց և շենք-շինություններին:
Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է նաև շտապօգնության հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր մնացին դեպքի վայրում այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև սակրավորները արկը տեղափոխեցին:
