Պատերազմական վիճակ չի եղել եւ առաջիկայում էլ չի կարող լինել:

Այս մասին «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում ասել է Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով ավելի վաղ արած իր այն հայտարարությունը, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը չի հասկանում բանակցային լեզուն, կա բացատրելու այլ լեզու:

«Այդ լեզուն այսօր էլ է կիրառվում, դա պատժիչ գործողություններն են: Շատ դեպքերում դրանք վերաորակում են պատերազմական իրավիճակ, սա հրադադարի պահպանման խնդիր չէ արդեն, որովհետեւ տեւական կրկնվող գործընթացներ են, պատերազմական իրավիճակ չի եղել, չի էլ կարող լինել առաջիկայում: Պարզապես Ադրբեջանը փորձում է օգտվել միջազգային իրադրությունից եւ միջավայր ստեղծել, որ իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները լուծի»,- ասել է Գալուստ Սահակյանը:

ԱԺ նախագահի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների միջեւ հանդիպումները շատ կարեւոր են՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ արդյունք ունեն:

Մեկնաբանելով օրերս Մոսկվայում ՀԱՊԿ նստաշրջանում Սերժ Սարգսյանի ունեցած սուր ելույթը, որում Սարգսյանը կշտամբանք էր հնչեցրել ՀԱՊԿ գործընկեր երկրների հասցեին՝ Հայաստանի խնդիրներին չարձագանքելու համար, Գալուստ Սահակյանն ասաց. «Հարցն այս անգամ ավելի սուր դրվեց, և առարկություններ չեղան»:

Այդուհանդերձ, ԱԺ նախագահը նկատում է՝ կազմակերպության անդամ երկրներն առաջնորդվում են իրենց շահերով:
