ՍԴ-ն Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի մասով որոշում կկայացնի. ինչ է սպասվում նրան. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանը ԲԴԽ նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի դեմ որոշում է կայացնելու։ Մեզ հասած տեղեկությոնների համաձայն՝ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը այս օրերին հանդիպել է ՍԴ նախագահ Արմեն Դիլանյանի հետ՝ փորձելով ըննդեմ իր որոշման ելքեր գտնել, սակայն ստացել է մերժում:

Իսկ ի՞նչ որոշման մասին է խոսքը: 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին սահմանադրագետ, ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդեւանյանը հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստան» խմբակցության կողմից համապատասխան դիմում է ներկայացվել ՍԴ` ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի՝ տարիքային սահմանափակմամբ պայմանավորված պաշտոնավարման սահմանադրականության հարցը վիճարկելու: Եվ, ահա, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ՍԴ-ն որոշել է ընդդեմ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի որոշում կայացնել:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ զրուցեցինք ԲԴԽ նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի հետ, որը նշեց. «Ինչ որոշում ցանկանում են թող կայացնեն, մեռնեմ օրենքին»: Ի դեպ, Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի՝ ԲԴԽ անդամի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու եւ նրա պաշտոնավարման իրավաչափության հարցը բարձրացվել է նաեւ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախկին դատավոր Կարինե Պետրոսյանի կողմից, որը դիմել էր ԲԴԽ՝ պահանջելով «ՀՀ դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 160-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ կետի կարգով հայտարարություն հրապարակել՝ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի լիազորությունները դադարելու վերաբերյալ, որը մերժվեց:
