INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱպրիլի 5-ին Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը զանգահարել է նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում Էնթոնի Բլինքենը հայտարարել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս ապրիլի 6-ին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության մակարդակով Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ կայանալիք հանդիպմանը։
Իլհամ Ալիևը նշել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկներն ու դիրքորոշումը՝ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն և կայունություն ապահովելու, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելու, տրանսպորտային կապերի և հաղորդակցությունների կառուցման վերաբերյալ։
Հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում Ալիևը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ նոր պահանջ է առաջ քաշել, ըստ որի` հայկական կողմը պետք է պարզի արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում «անհայտ կորած համարվող 3890 ադրբեջանցիների ճակատագիրը և տեղեկություններ տրամադրի զանգվածային գերեզմանների մասին»:
Զրույցի ընթացքում մտքերի փոխանակություն է տեղի ունեցել նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցերի շուրջ։
