Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում ապրիլի 3- ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի փաստով: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը՝ ժամը 23:00-ին, ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել Երևանի բնակիչ, 56-ամյա Հարություն Կազարյանից, ով հայտնել է, որ Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայի 59 հասցեում ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող հաճախորդները հարձակվել են աշխատակիցների վրա:

Ահազանգով ժամանել է ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, ովքեր պարզել են, որ «Ջանո» ռեստորանում, ապա ռեստորանի դիմաց հաճախորդներ, Երևանի բնակիչներ, 41-ամյա Արթուր Ֆեդոսևը և նրա եղբայրը՝ ՌԴ քաղաքացի, 46-ամյա Էդիկ ֆեդոսևը և նրանց ընկերը, ում տվյալները ճշտվում են, վիճաբանել են նույն ռեստորանի խոհարարի օգնական, 25-ամյա Գասպար Քէօրօղլյանի և ռեստորանի սեփականատեր Հ. Կազարյանի հետ, որի ժամանակ Է. և Ա. Ֆեդոսևներն ու նրանց ընկերը ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել խոհարարին ու ռեստորանի սեփականատիրոջը, պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ապրիլի 4-ին Է. և Ա Ֆեդոսևները ներկայացել են ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին, սակայն հրաժարվել են բացատրություն տալուց, որից հետո բաց են թողնվել: Էրեբունու ոստիկանները պարզում են 3-րդ անձի ինքնությունը:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Ա. Ֆեդոսևը ոստիկանությունում հայտնել է, որ ինքը պաշտոնյա է, աշխատում է պետական կառույցներից մեկում՝ որպես վարչության պետ:
