«Սիրելի՛ կանայք՝ մայրեր, քույրեր, դուստրեր,
Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Մայրության և գեղեցկության տոնի առիթով, որը կանանց մեկամսյակի գագաթնակետն է:
Հայաստանը, թերեւս, բացառիկ երկիր է կանանց մեկամսյակի գոյության իմաստով:
Այսպես ստացվել է հանգամանքների բերումով, բայց սրա մեջ արդիական մեծ օրակարգ կա, որովհետեւ մեր երկրի բնակչության մեծամասնությունը կանայք են:
Այո, այս մեկամսյակին մենք ընդգծում ենք գեղեցկությունը, ընդգծում ենք սերը, ընդգծում ենք հարգանքը: Բայց հատկապես այս տարի ուզում եմ ընդգծել ուժը, ուզում եմ ընդգծել պոտենցիալը, ուզում եմ ընդգծել վճռական դերը, ուզում եմ ընդգծել որ մեր երկրի առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրները լուծելու համար անհրաժեշտ է կանանց լիարժեք ներգրավվածություն հանրային կյանքի բոլոր բնագավառներում՝ տնտեսությունից սկսած, շարունակած հանրային կառավարման, իրավապահ, անվտանգային ոլորտներով, որովհետեւ եթե այս ոլորտներում կանանց պոտենցիալը չներգրավենք, նշանակում է երկրի զարգացման առանց այն էլ սահմանափակ հնարավորությունները կիսատ ենք օգտագործում:
Ու եթե սրան գումարենք նաեւ ժողովրդագրական խնդիրների լուծման առումով կանանց բացառիկ դերակատարումը, առավել պարզ կդառնա թե ինչու եմ ասում, որ մեր իրավիճակի հաղթահարման գործում կանանց դերը վճռական է:
Այդ վճռական դերը կյանքի կոչելու հնարավորություն տալն է մեր կառավարության քաղաքականությունը եւ հույս ունենք ստանալ ձեր գործնական աջակցությունը:
Այսօրվա առիթով խոնարհումի ամենաջերմ խոսքեր եմ հղում հանուն Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության նահատակված մեր եղբայրների մայրերին, կանանց, քույրերին ու դուստրերին եւ ընդգծելով, որ նրանք այսօրվա իմ ասելիքի լիարժեք հասցեատեր են եւ մեր նահատակների անկատար նպատակների իրագործումը պետք է ապրելու, արարելու խթան լինի նաեւ նրանց եւ մեր բոլորի համար:
Սիրելի՛ կանայք՝ մայրեր, քույրեր, դուստրեր. Մայրության եւ գեղեցկության այս օրը թող լավատեսության ու գարնան մի նոր էջ բացի մեր երկրի համար»,-նշվում է շնորհավորանքում:
