Լավրովը` Փարուխի ներխուժման մասին

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից մարտի 24-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Փարուխ գյուղի ներխուժման դեպքին՝ նշելով, որ ՌԴ խաղաղապահները ուսումնասիրում են միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները:  Ապրիլի 8-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսին Լավրովը հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկել է այդ հարցը:

«Այնտեղ հանգամանքները մինչև վերջ պարզ չեն: Ես հիմա չեմ ուզում առաջ ընկնեմ, վերջնական դատողություն չանեմ: Մենք համոզված ենք, որ մեր հայ բարեկամներն ամբողջությամբ վստահում են ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմին:  Պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու, ծառայողական քննություն անցկացնելու կոչերը չեն արտացոլում հայ ժողովրդի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարության իրական վերաբերմունքը և այն մեծ դերը, որ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմը իրականացնում է տարածաշրջանում կայունության ապահովման հարցում:  Այո, ոչ մեծ միջադեպեր լինում են և այս կոնկրետ միջադեպով մեր զինվորականները զբաղվում են: Այնտեղ կան բաներ, որոնք պարզաբանման կարիք ունեն»,- ընդգծել է Լավրովը:

Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է հավատալ, որ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմին կհաջողվի վերականգնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստատուս-քվոն, և Ադրբեջանը կվերադառնա մարտի 23-ի ի մարտի 23-ի դիրքեր:

«Ինչպես արդեն ասել եմ, խաղաղապահ զորակազմը տեղակայվել է Լեռային Ղարաբաղում 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի ստատուս-քվոյի ապահովման և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության անվտանգության պահպանման նպատակով: Մենք շարունակում ենք հավատալ, որ ստատուս-քվոն կվերականգնվի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահները կշարունակի իրականացնել իրենց կարևորագույն գործառույթը և առաքելությունը»,- եզրափակել է Միրզոյանը:
