Արցախի նախագահի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել կառավարության ընդլայնված նիստ
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ ապրիլի 9-ին տեղի է ունեցել կառավարության ընդլայնված նիստ:
Երկրի ղեկավարը նախ ներկայացրել է Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումները, ապա նշել այն հիմնական անելիքները, որոնք, ստեղծված իրավիճակի տրամաբանության համաձայն, պետք է իրականացվեն պետական կառավարման համակարգում։
«Մենք կայուն և հարատև խաղաղության կողմնակիցն ենք, սակայն մենք չենք կարող սակարկել մեր ժողովրդի պահանջը՝ հրաժարվելով ինքնորոշման իրավունքից»,- ասել է նախագահը և ավելացրել, որ, հաշվի առնելով աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր իրողությունները, անհրաժեշտության կարգով կառավարության օրակարգում կկատարվեն մի շարք փոփոխություններ։
Նախագահ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ առաջիկայում քննարկումներ կսկսվեն միասնական քաղաքական օրակարգ ձևավորելու ուղղությամբ, որը նախ և առաջ հիմնված կլինի Արցախի առջև ծառացած արտաքին անվտանգության մարտահրավերներից սպասվող ռիսկերից։
«Խոսքը չի վերաբերում կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձևավորելուն։ Բայց բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ներքին կուռ միասնություն։ Ուստի հորդորս է նաև Կառավարության բոլոր անդամներին, մեր հանրության բոլոր շրջանակներին՝ թև ու թիկունք կանգնենք միմյանց, որպեսզի կարողանանք հաջողությամբ հաղթահարել մեր պետության և ժողովրդի առջև ծառացած խնդիրները»,- ընդգծել է երկրի ղեկավարը։
Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշել է նաև, որ Կառավարությունն անցնում է ֆինանսական միջոցների խիստ խնայողությունների, ինչը սակայն չի նշանակում, որ հաստատված ծրագրերը չեն իրագործվելու։
Նիստի ընթացքում շահագրգիռ կառույցների պատասխանատուներին քննարկված հարցերի վերաբերյալ նախագահի կողմից տրվել են մի շարք հանձնարարականներ։
