38-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ հարևանի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում 38-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից հարևանի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն։
««Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «գլխի, պարանոցի, կրծքավանդակի, մեջքի շրջանի, մարմնի ընդհանուր 45 տոկոսի չափի տարածմամբ ծանր այրվածքային շոկ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 37-ամյա տղամարդ:
Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու՝ հիշյալ վնասվածքներն ստանալու մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2022թ.ապրիլի 8-ին՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Գուրգեն Մահարու փողոցի շենքերից մեկի աստիճանահարթակում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել նույն շենքի 37 և 38-ամյա բնակիչների միջև, որի ընթացքում վերջինս, հարևանին ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, տանից վերցրած ճայթուկները վառել և նետել է հարևանի ոտքերի տակ, այնուհետև դիզվառելիքը լցրել է վերջինիս վրա ու այրել, սակայն հանցանքն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում ավարտին չի կարողացել հասցնել, քանի որ դեպքի վայր ժամանած շտապօգնության բժիշկների կողմից ցուցաբերվել է առաջին բուժօգնություն, ապա տուժողը տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՝ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ շենքի 1-ին հարկի աստիճանահարթակում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է պլաստմասե դատարակ շիշ, պայթեցված ճայթուկի մասեր, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»,- նշված է տարածված հաղորդագրությունում։
