Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջին արտգործնախարար, «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության հիմնադիր Րաֆֆի Կ. Հովհաննիսյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ․
«Ինը տարի առաջ՝ ապրիլյան այս օրը, Ազատության հրապարակում հաղթանակած ժողովուրդը կատարեց օրինական Նոր Հայաստանի երդումը՝ որպես իրավատեր եւ իրական։
Այդ օրն ով արյուն ուզեց՝ չստացավ, ով յուր իշխանությունը գերադասեց ազգային կամքին ու համաձայնությանը՝ ստացավ, իսկ Հայրենիքի նոր հեռանկարի համար համազգային պայքարը մտավ հերթական հանգրվան, մի քանի տարի անց ոգեղեն պոռթկումով ժայթքեց, բայց, վերջիվերջո, խեղաթյուրվեց եւ ողբերգորեն ինքնահանձնվեց՝ ենթարկվելով իր պարտված ղեկավարին եւ իրեն հաղթած թշնամուն։
Գոնե «Նոր Հայաստան» մաքրամաքուր գաղափարական անվանումը չկպցնեին իրենց, չապականեին։
Նմանապես երեսուն տարի առաջ՝ մարտ ամսվա վերջին շաբաթը, Հելսինկի քաղաքում գումարված արտգործնախարարների գագաթաժողովում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից ես ընդունեցի Արցախի հիմնախնդրով ԵԱՀԽ միջնորդական առաքելությանը՝ իր Մինսկի խմբով հանդերձ։
Օրերս մենք բոլորս վկան եղանք գործող վարչապետի հերթական «սողացող» հանձնմանը. այս անգամ՝ ոչ միայն հայրենի տարածքի, այլ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի տեսքով։
Տարեդարձներն ու տարելիցները գալու եւ գնալու են, բայց քանի դեռ նա ու իր ածանցյալ իշխանությունը չեն փոխվել, բոլոր տեսակի ապականումներն ու հանձնումները շարունակվելու են՝ հերթով եւ արտահերթ։
Համաժողովրդական պայքարի մասնիկը լինելով՝ հույսի թեկուզ անհավանական նշույլ էի փայփայում, որ նրանք այնքան պատմական ու պետական գիտակցություն կունենան, որ ազգային այս աննախադեպ գոյավիճակում գոնե կգնան ինքնաբացարկի կամ էլ իսկական, կամավոր, արժանապատիվ համախմբման ճանապարհով։
Նման բան չկա։ Ուրեմն՝ կյանքի գնով։ Սա մե՛ր Հայրենիքն է»։
