Ներկայացնում եմ կարճ մասնագիտական դիտարկումներիս ներառական տարբերակը , որը քննարկել եմ նաև միջազգային գործընկերներիս հետ:
Խոսքը Բուչայի արդեն հայտնի դեպքերի մասին է: Այս իրադարձոթյունները տարբեր ոլորտային քննարկումների առարկա դարձան: Դատաբժշկական տեսանկյունից դիտարկելիս հստակ երևում են մի շարք երևույթներ, որոնք տալիս են մի շարք հարցերի պատասխաններ և առաջացնում նոր հարցեր:
Դիակային երևույթներն առաջանում են մահանալուց անմիջապես հետո և ժամանակամիջոցով պայմանավորված այդ երևույթները հստակ տարբերակվող են:
Ձեռքիս տակ հայտնված ուկաինական կողմից ներկայացված <<հրապարակային ապացույցների>> ուսումնասիրությունը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ դիակային երևույթներով պայմանավուված դրանք այսպես ասած թարմ դիակներ են: Ընդհանուր առմամբ դիակային երևույթներն իրենց զարգացման ընթացքում պայմանավորված են մի շարք հանգամանքներով ևս: Զերմաստիճանը, սեռը, տարիքը, քաշը (սնվածությունը), հագուստ և այլն ունենում են իրենց ազդեցությունը և միայն այս հանգամանքը բավարար է ենթադրելու, որ դիակները պիտի ունենային տարբեր արտահայտվածության դիակային երևույթներ: Սակայն, առկա նյութերում դիակային երևույթները դեռ չեն հասցրել զարգանալ, չնայած նրան, որ տեղի ունեցած դեպքերը թվագրվում են հրապարակված նյութերից 4-ից 5 օր առաջ ինչն ավելի քան բավարար էր վերոգրյալ երևույթները դիտարկելու համար: Անգամ առկա տարբերակումներով պայմանավորված դիակները չէին կարող լինել նույնպիսի արտահայտվածությամբ դիակային երևույթների առկայությամբ: Մասնավորապես, չեն երևում դիակային ակնհայտ չորացման, նեխման երևույթներ:
Ուստի մասնագիտական տեսանկյունից կարող ենք եզրակացնել, որ տարածվող տեղեկատվությունը, թե դիակները մի քանի օրվա վաղեմություն որոշ դեպքերում չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը, ամբողջական չեն, ունեն պարզաբանման կարիք, մասնավորապես նույնականացում, դիակների ճանաչում և կոնկրետ դեպքով մահվան պատճառի ուսումնասիրություն:
