Հրապարակվել է Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի 2021թ. գործունեության մասին տարեկան հաղորդումը
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հրապարակել է «2021 թվականի գործունեության, ինչպես նաև մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության վիճակի մասին» տարեկան հաղորդումը։
Հաղորդումը բաղկացած է 14 բաժիններից, որոնցում ըստ առանձին բաժինների ներկայացված են՝
• Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գործունեության ընդհանուր բնութագիրը և հիմնական ուղղությունները։
• Պաշտպանի քննարկմանը ներկայացված դիմումների և բողոքների վիճակագրական տվյալները։
• Անձնական (քաղաքացիական) և քաղաքական իրավունքների և ազատությունների վերաբերյալ դիմումների և բողոքների ուսումնասիրության և քննարկման արդյունքները։
• Սոցիալական և տնտեսական իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ դիմումների և բողոքների ուսումնասիրության և քննարկման արդյունքները։
• Պաշտպանի գործունեությունը խոշտանգումների և այլ դաժան, անմարդկային կամ արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքի կամ պատժի կանխարգելման ոլորտում։
• Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության վիճակը և այդ բնագավառում Պաշտպանի գործունեությունը։
• Երեխաների իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության վիճակը և այդ բնագավառում Պաշտպանի գործունեությունը։
• Պաշտպանի գործունեությունը հասարակության խոցելի խմբերին պատկանող անձանց իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության բնագավառում։
• Զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության վիճակը։
• Հանրային ծառայությունների ոլորտում սպառողների իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները։
• Պաշտպանի գործունեությունը օրենսդրության կատարելագործման բնագավառում։
• Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր գործողությունների հետևանքով Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումները, Պաշտպանի հայտարարություններն ու արտահերթ զեկույցները։
• Պաշտպանի ներքին և արտաքին համագործակցությունը։
• Պաշտպանի գործունեությունը մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների հանրային իրազեկման բնագավառում։
«2021 թվականի գործունեության, ինչպես նաև մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության վիճակի մասին» տարեկան հաղորդումը Պաշտպանի կողմից ուղարկվել է ԱՀ Ազգային ժողով։
Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով Հաղորդումը ներկայացվելու է նաև պետական իրավասու մարմիններին և հասարակական կազմակերպություններին։
