INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈւկրաինայի արևելքում և հարավում կսկսվի ռուսական պատերազմի նոր ալիք, կլինեն ամենադժվար մարտերը, հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։
«Կլինի ամենադժվար մարտերից մեկը. կլինեն մեկից ավելի մարտեր։ Մենք կարծում ենք, որ սա կլինի այս պատերազմի նոր ալիքը։ Մենք չգիտենք, թե որքան տեխնիկա կլինի, և հասկանում ենք, որ շատ անգամ ավելի շատ կլինի, քան հիմա։ Մենք տեսնում ենք զինվորականների, տեխնիկայի գերբեռնվածություն մեր երկրի արևելքում և հարավում: շ
Մենք գիտենք գրեթե բոլոր միջանցքները, ուր գնալու է թշնամին։ Մենք հասկանում ենք, թե նա ինչ է անելու, և հասկանում ենք, որ արագությունը, թե ինչպես են մեզ օգնելու, և, ի դեպ, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները, թե ինչպես կարող են մեզ զենք հանձնել։ Ես ազնվորեն կասեմ՝ կախված է նրանից՝ մենք կկանգնենք, թե՝ ոչ»,-ասել է նա CBS 60 րոպե հաղորդման ժամանակ:
Զելենսկին միաժամանակ հավելել է, որ 100 տոկոսով վստահ է Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների և Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի վրա։
«Բայց ես վստահություն չունեմ, որ մենք կստանանք այն ամենը, ինչ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է, ավաղ», – ավելացրեց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր, որ սկսում է հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն Ուկրաինայի տարածքում, որի խնդիրն է ապահովել Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի հանրապետությունների անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև հեռացնել Ուկրաինայի «նացիստական ռեժիմը»:
ԱՄՆ-ն ու ԵՄ-ն գնահատել են ՌԴ-ի այս քայլն իբրև Ռուսաստանի կողմից ուղղակի ագրեսիա ընդդեմ Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության։
