Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,
Գաղտնքի չէ, որ այսօր Հայաստանն ու Արցախը կանգնած են լրջագույն մարտահրավերների առաջ: Դրանք գնալով ավելանում են այս իշխանության հետևողական արկածախնդիր քաղաքականության, այլ ոչ թե առկա խնդիրներն ընդդիմախոսների կողմից փաստագրելու և բարձրաձայնելու հետևանքով, ինչպես փորձում են մանիպուլացնել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները:
Մենք չենք պատրաստվում հետևել իշխանության ցուցումներին և ջայլամի քաղաքականության վարել՝ անտեսելով մեր քաղաքացիների համար անվտանգային, սոցիալական, իրավական լրջագույն խնդիրները, ձևացնելով թե մեզ համար կենսական հարցերում Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին արվող զիջումները պարտություն չեն, այլ «դրական ազդակ» կամ «խաղաղության դարաշրջան»:
Իբրև թե «լավ ապրելու» միֆի ներքո այս իշխանությունը պատրաստ է զոհաբերել անգամ հայրենիքը: Իրականում «լավ ապրել»-ն իշխանությունները միայն իրենց համար են նախատեսում, զոհողություններն էլ են միայն իրենց խմբակի «լավ ապրելու» համար: Դրա ամենավառ ապացույցներից էր նվազագույն աշխատավարձը բարձրանելու վերաբերյալ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ներկայացրած օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության մերժումը խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության կողմից: Նախաձեռնությունը, որը շատ կարևոր էր մեր քաղաքացիների համար գնաճի ներկայիս տեմպերի պայմաններում: Սակայն իշխող ուժն այլ առաջնահերթություններ ունի՝ պահել աթոռները՝ հնարավորին վայելելով այդ կարգավիճակը՝ թանկարժեք մեքենաներ, պարգևավճարներ, տուրիստական բնույթի գործուղումներ….
Մենք մանդատ ենք ստացել ժողովրդի կողքին լինելու, ժողովրդի խնդիրներին լուծում տալու համար: Վերջին մոտ մեկ տարվա փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ խորհրդարանում դա անելը օր-օրի գրեթե անհնար է դառնում:
