ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը շտապ ընդունելություն է խնդրել Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպանից ու ներկայացրել Արցախում իր տեսածը։

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է. «Այս տարվա մարտի 22-ից գտնվում էի Արցախում, և երբ ադրբեջանական զինուժը հարձակվեց Փառուխ համայնքի վրա՝ բռնի օկուպացնելով այն, այդ օրը ներքևի Խրամորթ համայնքում էինք։

ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինից խնդրել էի շտապ ընդունելություն, որպեսզի ականատեսի աչքերով ներկայացնեմ այն իրավիճակը, որն առկա է Արցախում։ Երեկ հանդիպեցի դեսպանին։

Մանրամասն քննարկեցինք Արցախի Հանրապետությունում առկա իրավիճակը, տեղեկացրի, որ Ադրբեջանը կիրառում է հրաձգային զինատեսակներ՝ նույնիսկ ականանետեր Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ, թիրախավորում է գյուղացուն, որը գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանք է իրականացնում իր սեփական տան բակում, կրակում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկաների ուղղությամբ, որի արդյունքում ունենք վիրավորներ, և որ այս ամենն համակարգվում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից՝ նպատակ հետապնդելով զրկել Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությանը իր հայրենիքում խաղաղ և անվտանգ ապրելու իրավունքից։

Փոխադարձ արձանագրեցինք այն կարևոր իրողությունը, որ ադրբեջանական զինուժը ռուսական կողմի բանակցություններից հետո դուրս է եկել Փառուխ համայնքից, սակայն ընդգծեցի, որ ազերի զինվորները դեռ շարունակում են մնալ Քարագլխի լանջերում, և որ ադրբեջանական այդ սադրանքը առաջին հերթին ռուս խաղաղապահների դեմ է, ինչը, ներվելու դեպքում, ամեն պահի կարող է կրկնվել։

Խոսեցինք նաև Ռուսաստանում և Ուկրաինայում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքներից, որոնցից շատերը Հայաստան կամ երրորդ երկիր վերադառնալու ցանկություն ունեն։

Դեսպանի ուշադրությունը հրավիրեցի նաև Հայաստանի սահմաններում առկա իրավիճակի վրա. Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում ադրբեջանական զինուժի ներկայացուցիչները շարունակում են օկուպացված պահել ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի կոնկրետ հատվածներ»։
