  • Փորձեք ամեն օր 1-2-ով նվազեցնել ձեր ծխած ծխախոտի քանակը։

  • Առավոտյան արթնանալուն պես մի ծխեք:
  • Երբեք մի ծխեք, այն պատճառով, որ ձեր ընկերները նույնպես ծխում են: Հիշեք, յուրաքանչյուր մարդ անհատ է, ով ունի իր սեփական ցանկություններով ապրելու իրավունքը։
  • Երբեք մի հայտարարեք ուրիշներին. «Ես թողնում եմ ծխելը»:
