INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱմերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է ներգրավվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության բանակցություններին երկկողմ ձևաչափով և նույն կերպ մտածող գործընկերների հետ, այդ թվում՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ՝ տևական և համապարփակ խաղաղության հարցում այդ երկրներին օգնելու նպատակով: Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեցին Հայաստանում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանությունից՝ արձագանքելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափի մասին Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի վերջին հայտարարությանը:
«Մենք ողջունեցինք Բրյուսելում ապրիլի 6-ին վարչապետ Փաշինյանի և նախագահ Ալիևի միջև կայացած հանդիպումը, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղության բանակցությունների նախապատրաստման և սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորման դրական քայլը: Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակում է հանձնառու լինել խաղաղ, ժողովրդավար և բարեկեցիկ ապագայի կերտմանը Հարավային Կովկասում: Ինչպես ապրիլի 5-ին երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հետ հեռախոսազրույցների ժամանակ նշել է պետքարտուղարը՝ մենք շարունակում ենք խրախուսել խաղաղության բանակցությունների շարունակումը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև և վերահաստատում, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է ներգրավվել երկկողմ ձևաչափով և նույն կերպ մտածող գործընկերների հետ, այդ թվում՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ՝ օգնելու այդ երկրներին տևական և համապարփակ խաղաղության հասնելու հարցում», - փոխանցել են ամերիկյան դեսպանությունից:
Ապրիլի 6-ին Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի միջնորդությամբ տեղի էին ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի բանակցությունները:
Նախորդ ուրբաթ՝ ապրիլի 8-ին, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը իր հայ գործընկերոջ՝ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո տեղի ունեցած համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում, բավական ուշագրավ հայտարարություն էր արել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության հովանու ներքո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ բանակցությունների ձևաչափի վերաբերյալ:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահության գործունեությանը կամ նույնիսկ, ես կասեի, ապագային՝ չգիտեմ, թե ինչպիսին կլինի նրա հետագա ճակատագիրը, քանի որ այդ խմբի մեր ֆրանսիացի և ամերիկացի այսպես կոչված գործընկերները, ռուսատյացության տենդի մեջ և ձգտելով «չեղարկել» բոլորը և ամենը՝ ինչ կապված է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ, չեղարկել են նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահությունը՝ հայտարարելով, որ չեն շփվելու մեզ հետ այդ ձևաչափով», - ասել էր Լավրովը:
