44-օրյա պատերազմի զոհերի նոր թիվը
VIDEO2021 թվականի մեր բոլորի զգացողություններում բացասականը գերակշռում է։ Այս մասին կառավարության ծրագրի՝ 2021 թ. կատարման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նա նշել է, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի զոհերի թիվը 3825, նրանց մեծ մասի մարմինները հայտնաբերվել, ԴՆԹ նույնականացվել և հուղարկավորվել են 2021-ին։
«Գերեզմանատներում շարունակաբար ու անվերջանալի ծածանվող մեր պետական դրոշներն են 2021 թվականի հիմնական սիմվոլը ու այդպես էլ մեզնից չհեռացող, մեր կոկորդը բաց չթողնող հարցը․ ինչո՞ւ այդպես եղավ։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը ինքս պիտի տամ ու հիմա պատրաստվում եմ դա անել»,-նշել է նա։
Փաշինյանի չի ընդունել և հիմա էլ չի ընդունում այն մեղադրանքները, որոնք իրեն հասցեագրում են ընդդիմադիրները 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո։
«Ես, այո, ուզում եմ խոստովանել՝ հնարավոր է, որ մեղավոր եմ դրանում, մեղավոր եմ, որ 2018-2019 թվականներին մեր հանրության առաջ չեմ կանգնել ու չեմ բարձրաձայնել, որ մեր բոլոր բարեկամները մեզնից ակնկալում են, որ մենք այս կամ այն կոնֆիգուրացիայով Ադրբեջանին հանձնենք յոթ հայտնի շրջանն ու իջեցնենք Արցախի կարգավիճակի համար մեր սահմանած նշաձողը:
Մեղավոր եմ, որ մեր ժողովրդին չեմ ասել, որ միջազգային հանրությունը միանշանակորեն ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ակնկալում է, որ մենք էլ ճանաչենք, ակնկալում է, որ Ղարաբաղից հեռացած ադրբեջանցիները լիարժեք ներգրավված լինեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագայի որոշման ու կառավարման հարցերում, մեղավոր եմ, որ հստակ ու աներկբա չեմ ասել, որ առաջարկվող մեզ համար անընդունելի սցենարները ընդունելի չեն եղել Ադրբեջանի համար ու միջազգային հանրության ներկայացուցիչները մեզ երբեմն հստակ, երբեմն դիվանագիտական եղանակով ասում էին, որ այդ ամենը հայկական կողմից ընդունվելու դեպքում դեռ պետք է համոզել Ադրբեջանին, որ նա ընդունի. այս ամենը պարտավոր էի մանրամասն ներկայացնել մեր ժողովրդին, սա չանելն է իմ իրական մեղքը, հանձնելով գուցե կփրկեի հազարավոր կյանքեր, իսկ չհանձնելով, փաստորեն, հազարավոր զոհերի հանգեցրած որոշումների հեղինակ դարձա»
