Խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը Արցախում պետք է լինի անժամկետ. Արայիկ Հարությունյան
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ապրիլի 12-ին Մարտակերտ քաղաքում հանդիպում է ունեցել շրջանի վարչակազմի պատասխանատուների, համայնքների ղեկավարների և բնակչության ակտիվ ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմը:
Իր խոսքում երկրի ղեկավարը անդրադարձել է վերջերս Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ համայնքի և Քարագլուխ բարձունքի հատվածում հակառակորդի սադրիչ գործողություններին՝ նշելով, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետքաշման համար Արցախում տեղակայված ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարության հետ բանակցությունները շարունակվում են։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը շեշտել է, որ հակամարտության գոտում հարաբերական և փխրուն խաղաղության ապահովումը հնարավոր է ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի շնորհիվ, և Արցախի ժողովրդի ու իշխանությունների համոզմամբ նրանց ներկայությունը պետք է լինի երաշխավորված ու անժամկետ՝ զինծառայողների և զինտեխնիկայի համապատասխանաբար ավելացմամբ։
Երկրի ղեկավարը անդրադարձել է նաև էներգետիկ և պարենային անվտանգության ապահովման խնդիրներին և նշել, որ արդեն աշխատանքներ են տարվում արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացումը, փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի, անտառային ու բնական այլ ռեսուրսների և հողատարածքների ռացիոնալ օգտագործումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ նախանշված ծրագրի համաձայն՝ իրականացվելու են ենթաշրջանային և ներհամայնքային ճանապարհների բարեկարգման աշխատանքները։
Հանդիպումից հետո նախագահ Հարությունյանը Մարտակերտի հոգևոր հովիվ Տեր Հովհաննես քահանա Հովհաննիսյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Մարտակերտի Սուրբ Հովհաննու Կարապետ եկեղեցի, որտեղ մասնակցել է ՀԱԵ Արցախի թեմի եկեղեցիներում հնչող միասնական աղոթքին։
