Ղարաբաղում, որտեղ հայեր են բնակվում, գազատարը, պարզվեց, վթարային է, և որոշ ժամանակ այնտեղ գազ չկար։ Նրանք սկանդալ բարձրացրեցին ողջ աշխարհում, թե իբր Ադրբեջանն այստեղ հումանիտար աղետ է կազմակերպում, ապրիլի 12-ին այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներին նվիրված հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։

«Նախիջևանը 15 տարով զրկել են գազամատակարարումից և թողել այս վիճակում։ Իսկ Նախիջեւանում ձմեռը ավելի խիստ է։ Սառնամանիքը հասնում է ինչ-որ տեղ մինուս 30 աստիճանի։ Նախիջևանի բնակիչները 1990-2005 թվականներին ապրել են առանց գազի. ո՞վ է նրանց գազից զրկել. Հայերը և Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը, հայոց պետականությունը։ Մեկ մարդ, կազմակերպություն, երկիր բարձրաձայնե՞լ է։ Ոչ Նրանք անտարբեր էին։ Բայց երբ մեկ շաբաթ Խանքենդիում գազ չկար, մեզ ամեն տեղից զանգեցին՝ Ամերիկայից մինչև Եվրոպա։

Ուրեմն ինչո՞ւ Նախիջևանում հումանիտար աղետ չհամարվեց, երբ 15 տարի գազազրկվեց։ Սա է հարցը։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը կա՞։ Այո՛, երկակի ստանդարտներ և խտրականություն»,- ասել է պետության ղեկավարը։

Ալիևը հույս է հայտնել, որ Բաքվի «ժեստը» կգնահատվի հայ բնակչության կողմից և որ  «իրենք Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ են և պետք է ապրեն ադրբեջանական դրոշի ներքո»։

«Հիմա մենք վերականգնել ենք գազը, և հայերը պետք է գնահատեն դա։ Մենք պարզապես ցույց տվեցինք մեր լավ մտադրությունները։ Եթե ​​չուզեինք, չէինք վերականգնի»,-հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։

Այսօր ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանի վարած ռասիստական քաղաքականության ամենաթարմ ապացույցը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Փառուխ գյուղի դեպքերն են ու դրան նախորդած իրադարձությունները:

«Նախ՝ Ադրբեջանը պայթեցրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին գազ մատակարարող միակ խողովակը այն ժամանակ, երբ Ղարաբաղում աննախադեպ ցրտեր էին սկսվել: 11 օր տեւեց մինչեւ խողովակաշարը վերականգնվեց, բայց պարզվեց նաեւ, որ նորոգման արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը փական է տեղադրել խողովակի վրա, ու այդ փականը փակվեց այն օրը, երբ Ղարաբաղում աննախադեպ քանակի ձյուն տեղաց, մինչեւ մեկուկես մետր, իսկ օդի ջերմաստիճանը նվազեց մինչեւ մինուս ութ: Հակահայկական այս ակցիան ըստ էության շարունակությունն էր այն բանի, որ արդեն երկար ժամանակ Ադրբեջանը Ղարաբաղի մի շարք գյուղերի բնակիչներին բարձրախոսներով հայերեն եւ ռուսերեն կոչ էր անում լքել իրենց գյուղերը, հակառակ դեպքում սպառնալով նրանց ուժով դուրս մղել այնտեղից: Այս հայտարարությունները զուգորդվում էին գիշերային ժամերին լուսարձակներով այդ գյուղերի բնակիչների տները լուսավորելով եւ բարձրախոսներով մուսուլմանական աղոթքի հրավեր՝ ազան միացնելով: Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան կրոնական ահաբեկչության դրսեւորում եւ մյուս կողմից՝ իսլամի վարկաբեկում:

Բայց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում գտնվող Փառուխ գյուղ ներխուժելու պատմությունը ի ցույց դրեց, որ Ադրբեջանը չի պատրաստվում բավարարվել հոգեբանական ահաբեկչությամբ եւ զինված ահաբեկչության միջոցով Արցախի հայաթափումը նրա հիմնական եւ առանցքային խնդիրներից է»,-նշել է նա:
