Ucom պարտատոմսեր․ առաջին կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերը հայաստանյան հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում

2019 թվականին «Յուքոմ» ընկերությունն առաջին անգամ պարտատոմսեր թողարկեց:

Այս հոդվածում կփորձենք միասին հասկանալ, թե ինչ է պարտատոմսը և, բանկային ավանդի հետ համեմատած, ի՞նչ առավելություն ունի այն: Նախ ասենք, որ դրանք ստացական-պարտավորագիր հիշեցնող փաստաթղթեր են, որոնք հասանելի են յուրաքանչյուրին: Օրինակ՝ որևէ ընկերություն ցանկանում է ինչ-որ նախագծի համար գրավել ներդրում ու որոշում է թողարկել պարտատոմսեր, որոնք ձեռք բերելու դեպքում գնորդը փաստացի դառնում է տվյալ նախագծի ֆինանսավորողը:

Այս ընթացակարգը շատ նման է բանկային ավանդ ներդնելու գործարքին, սակայն ավելի ճկուն տարբերակով: Ո՞րն է պարտատոմսերի առավելությունը, կհարցնեք դուք: Եթե համեմատենք բանկային ավանդի հետ, ապա պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է յուրաքանչյուր պահի վաճառել, այնինչ բանկային ավանդը պայմանագրով ենթադրում է հստակ ժամանակահատված, որի ընթացքում գումարը հնարավոր չէ հետ վերցնել բանկից: Պարտատոմսերը վաճառելու դեպքում մինչ այդ կուտակած տոկոսադրույքները չեն զրոյանում: Բացի այդ, պարտատոմսերի տոկոսադրույքն ավելի բարձր է, քան բանկային ավանդինը: Օրինակ՝ 2019 թվականին բանկերում դոլարային ավանդների դիմաց տոկոսադրույքը կազմում էր միջինում 4.5%, իսկ «Յուքոմ»-ի պարտատոմսերինը՝ 7.5%, միևնույն ժամանակ դրամային ավանդները հնարավոր էր ներդնել միջինում 9.55%-ով Ucom պարտատոմսերի 11% հետ համեմատած:

«Յուքոմի ֆինանսական հոսքերի դիվերսիֆիկացիայի նպատակով երեք տարի առաջ որոշում կայացվեց թողարկել պարտատոմսեր, ինչի արդյունքում, մասնավորապես, վերազինեցինք մեր ֆիքսված ցանցը և ինտերնետի թեստավորման ու վերլուծության համաշխարհային առաջատար Ookla ընկերության կողմից արժանացանք «Հայաստանում ամենաարագ ֆիքսված ցանց 2021» մրցանակի: Շնորհակալ ենք այն բոլոր մարդկանց, որոնք վստահեցին մեզ ու ձեռք բերեցին մեր պարտատոմսերը», - նշել է «Յուքոմ» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականին «Յուքոմ» ընկերության կողմից թողարկված պարտատոմսերի ծավալը կազմել է 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ 7,5% տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ և 250 մլն ՀՀ դրամ՝ 11% տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ։
