INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄիացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է օգնել Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին հասնել համապարփակ խաղաղության, այդ թվում՝ Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ԵԱՀԿ) Մինսկի խմբի միջոցով։ Այս մասին հինգշաբթի օրը լրագրողների համար հերթական ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է Պետդեպարտամենտի մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Նեդ Փրայսը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Մենք հավատարիմ ենք մնում Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի խաղաղ, ժողովրդավարական և բարգավաճ ապագան խթանելուն: Մենք ողջունել ենք ապրիլի 6-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումը վարչապետ [Հայաստանի Նիկոլ] Փաշինյանի և նախագահ [Ադրբեջանի Իլհամ] Ալիևի միջև, այդ թվում՝ ներառյալ խաղաղ բանակցությունների նախապատրաստման դրական դինամիկան և սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի հարցերով երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորումը: Ինչպես ընդգծել է պետքարտուղար [ԱՄՆ Էնթոնի Բլինկենը] նախորդ օրը՝ ապրիլի 5-ին, այս երկու առաջնորդների հետ բանակցությունների ժամանակ, մենք շարունակում ենք խրախուսել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հետագա խաղաղ բանակցությունները: Եվ պետքարտուղարը հաստատել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է համախոհ գործընկերների հետ երկկողմ համագործակցության, այդ թվում` որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկիր, օգնելու երկրներին հասնել երկարաժամկետ համապարփակ խաղաղության»,- ասել է դիվանագետը։
Նշվում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն դեսպանատների մակարդակով կանոնավոր կապեր է պահպանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ և հատկապես կարևոր է համարում դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների պահպանումը ճգնաժամերի ժամանակ։
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել էր, որ այս տարվա փետրվարի 24-ին Վաշինգթոնը և Փարիզը դադարեցրին բոլոր շփումները Մոսկվայի հետ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների «եռյակի» շրջանակներում։
«Մինչդեռ Հարավային Կովկասի իրական իրավիճակը թույլ չի տալիս դադարներ բանակցություններում։ Հետագայում հետևողական քայլեր են պահանջվում տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության և կայունության վերականգնման համար, եթե Միացյալ Նահանգները և Ֆրանսիան դադարեցնեն համագործակցությունը համանախագահների միջև»,- ասել էր Զախարովան։
Այդ կապակցությամբ, ըստ նրա, հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Իգոր Խովաևը կշարունակի իր աշխատանքը նոր պաշտոնում, այն է՝ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը նպաստելու համար: Նրա ուշադրության կենտրոնում կլինի Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախապատրաստման թեման։
