Տոնական երկու նոր օր ավելացվեց․ կառավարության որոշումը
SOCIETYԿառավարությունը ապրիլի 15-ի նիստին որոշում է ընդունել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ, որի համաձայն տոնական երկու նոր օր է ավելացել։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում անասնաբույժի օրը կնշվի ապրիլի վերջին ուրբաթ օրը։ Ապրիլի 24-ը ուրբաթ օրվա հետ համընկնելու դեպքում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում անասնաբույժի օրը նշվում է ապրիլի վերջին հինգշաբթի օրը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության օրը կնշվի մայիսի 12-ը։
Որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում անասնաբույժի և բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության օր նշելու անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է բնակչության կյանքի և առողջության, կայուն անասնահամաճարակային և բուսասանիտարական իրավիճակի ապահովման տեսանկյունից բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության և անասնաբուժության բնագավառների դերն ու նշանակությունը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելու հանգամանքով։
Հարկ է նշել, որ զարգացած երկրներում անասնաբուժության և բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության բնագավառները հանդիսանում են խիստ կարևոր և արժանանում են առանձնակի ուշադրության։ Գործնականում գրեթե բոլոր երկրներում նշվում է անասնաբույժի և բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության օրերը։ Միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից ևս նշվում են այդ օրերը։ Մասնավորապես․
- Համաշխարհային անասնաբուժական ասոցիացիայի կողմից յուրաքանչյուր տարի ապրիլ ամսի վերջին շաբաթ օրը նշվում է անասնաբույժի միջազգային օրը։
- Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության ընդունված բանաձևի համաձայն մայիսի 12-ը հռչակվել է բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության միջազգային օր։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում անասնաբույժի միջազգային հայտարարված օրը չնշելու հանգամանքը պայմանավորված է քաղաքացու օրվա հետ հնարավոր համընկման հանգամանքով։
Հաշվի առնելով անասնաբուժության և բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության բնագավառների կարևորությունը բնակչության կյանքի և առողջության, բույսերի և կենդանիների հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման, ինչպես նաև երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման տեսանկյունից՝ առաջարկվում է նշել անասնաբույժի և բույսերի առողջության պաշտպանության օրերը։
Նախագիծը մշակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեսչական մարմինների աշխատանքների համակարգման գրասենյակի և Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից:
