INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կարող է բաղկացած լինել երկու առանձին փաստաթղթերից, կարծում է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։
«Ռուսաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կարող է բաղկացած լինել երկու փաստաթղթից, որոնցից մեկը պետք է վերաբերի Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության երաշխիքներին, մյուսը՝ ուղղակիորեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ հարաբերություններին։
Կարծում եմ, որ դա կարող է լինել երկու տարբեր փաստաթուղթ: Անվտանգության երաշխիքներ նրանցից, ովքեր պատրաստ են այդ անվտանգության երաշխիքներին։ Եվ առանձին փաստաթուղթ Ռուսաստանի հետ։
Մոսկվան կցանկանար ունենալ մեկ պայմանագիր, որը կպարունակեր բոլոր հարցերի լուծումը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ոչ բոլորն են իրենց տեսնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ սեղանի շուրջ: Նրանց համար Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության երաշխիքները մի հարց են, իսկ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ պայմանավորվածությունները՝ այլ հարց։
Ռուսաստանն ուզում է, որ ամեն ինչ լինի մեկ փաստաթղթում, իսկ մարդիկ ասում են՝ կներես, տեսել ենք, թե ինչ եղավ Բուչայում, հանգամանքները փոխվում են»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
