Ձերբակալվել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի 27-ամյա որդին
POLITICSՀայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրեական գործի շրջանակում ձերբակալվել է Երևանի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Շանթ Բագրատյանը։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջինս կասկածվում է ապրիլի 2-ին Վայոց Ձորի մարզում գազալցակայանի տնօրեն 45-ամյա Վահե Ասատրյանին ծեծի ենթարկելու և մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու մեջ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Շ․ Բագրատյանը Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի տղան է, ով «ԷԿՕ ՕԻԼ» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրենն է։ Նա հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Վայոց Ձորի մարզային վարչության և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչության ծառայողների կողմից համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում։
Շ․ Բագրատյանը տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Վայոց Ձորի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ այսօր Վայոց Ձորի քննչական վարչության քննիչը դիմելու է Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց 2-ամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի պատգամավորի որդու՝ Շ․ Բագրատյանի նկատմամբ։
Ավելի վաղ ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության խմբի ավագ օպերլիազորը օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ է ստացել, որ ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 17:30-ից 18:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում անհայտ անձինք մուտք են գործել Վայք քաղաքի սկզբնամասում գտնվող «Թամսար» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող գազալցակայանի տնօրեն, 45-ամյա Վահե Ասատրյանի աշխատասենյակ և առանց որևէ պահանջ ներկայացնելու ծեծի են ենթարկել, իսկ նրանցից մեկը ձեռքին եղած մետաղական ձողով հարվածներ է հասցրել Վ. Ասատրյանին, ապա դիմել են փախուստի:
