Քաղաքացին կարող է 21 տարեկանից ձեռք բերել քաղաքացիական զենք՝ առանց փամփուշտների քանակի սահմանափակման․ Վիլեն Գաբրիելյանի նախագիծը
POLITICSՊաշտոնապես շրջանառության մեջ եմ դրել «Զենքի շրջանառության կարգավորման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նոր օրենքի նախագիծը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անդամ Վիլեն Գաբրիելյանը։

Սահմանվում է քաղաքացիական զենք ձեռք բերելու թույլտվության տարիքը՝ 21 տարեկան:
Չեղարկվում է զենք ձեռք բերելու համար նախատեսված որսորդմիության անդամ լինելու պարտադիր պահանջը։
Չեղարկվում է ակոսափող հրազեն ձեռք բերելու համար 5 տարվա ողորկափող հրազեն ունենալու պարտադիր պահանջը:
Սահմանվում է զենք ձեռք բերելու պարտադիր քննական կարգի հիմքերը:
Չեղարկվում է փամփուշտների քանակի սահմանափակումը:
Հստակեցվում են զենքի տեսակները:
Սահմանվում են հրաձգարանների չափանիշները:
Զենք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, կրելու և տեղափոխելու (փոխադրելու) թույլտվության ժամկետը սահմանվելու է 10 տարի՝ նախկին 5 տարվա փոխարեն։
Զենքի արտադրության, ներկրման, արտահանման, առևտրի լիցենզիայի գործողության ժամկետը սահմանվելու է 5 տարի՝ նախկին 3 տարվա փոխարեն:
Թույլատրվում է ձեռք բերել մինչև 10 միավոր քաղաքացիական հրազեն՝ նախկին 5 միավորի փոխարեն։
Զենքի հավաքածուներ կազմելու թույլտվությունը դառնում է անժամկետ։
Սույն նախագիծը ուժի մեջ կմտնի ընդունվելուց հետո՝ 3 ամիս անց։
