«Ավարտվեց Նիկոլի հանդիպումը Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, որի արդյունքում ստորագրվեց ծավալուն համատեղ հայտարարություն։
Նորմալ իշխանություն ումենալու դեպքում ռազմավարական դաշնակից երկրի ղեկավարի հետ հանդիպումից ակնկալիքները մեծ կլինեին։
Ցավոք, հայկական կողմը ներկայացնող անձն անգամ իր երկրի ներսում ունակ չէ կամ չունի ցանկություն սթափ շեշտադրելու ազգային խնդիրների իրական օրակարգ, ուստի պատահական չէ, որ անգամ Հայաստանի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող երկրի հետ նա չկարողացավ կամ չցանկացավ առաջ մղել համայն հայության գերակայությունը՝ Արցախի ապագայի հարցը։
Համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ, ցավոք, շեշտված չէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագա կարգավիճակի, կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորման հիմնարար սկզբունքների, այդ թվում ՝ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի կարեւորությունը:
