Հայաստանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի ազդեցության գոտում «բացարձակապես կկորչի»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ, ըստ ռուս քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Միխեևի, «ցավոք սրտի, Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալով՝ բազմաթիվ հարցեր են առաջացել՝ կապված Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման հետ, Երևանի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ կա որոշակի տարակուսանք, կան նաև լուրջ կասկածներ, որ ԱՄՆ-ը՝ ակտիվորեն, իսկ եվրոպացիները՝ քիչ չափով, ազդում են իրավիճակի վրա»։ «Նրանց (ամերիկացիներ ու եվրոպացիներ) նպատակը պարզ է. Հայաստանը պոկել Ռուսաստանից, Ռուսաստանը՝ Հայաստանից, և այդ իրավիճակում Հայաստանը կդառնա խաղալիք Արևմուտքի ձեռքում։

Կարծում եմ, որ այստեղ պետք է հասկանալ մի շատ պարզ բան. Թուրքիան ԱՄՆ-ի ամենամոտ դաշնակիցն է այդ տարածաշրջանում և ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկիր է։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ թուրքական հավակնությունները ՆԱՏՕ-ի հավակնություններն են։ Էրդողանը վաղ թե ուշ կհեռանա, բայց այն ամենը, ինչ Թուրքիան այժմ կստանա Հարավային Կովկասում, Կասպից ծովում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում, ապագայում կդառնա ՆԱՏՕ-ի ազդեցության գոտի»,- ասել է նա։ Միխեևն ընդգծել է, որ դրա համար էլ այս ամենի հետևում երևում են նույն ամերիկացիները։ Էրդողանի ձեռքերով և հավակնությունների միջոցով արևմտյան էլիտաները, այդ թվում՝ ամերիկյանը, ակնկալում են որոշ ժամանակ անց այս պայմանականորեն թուրքական ազդեցության գոտին դարձնել ՆԱՏՕ-ի ազդեցության գոտի։ «Հայաստանը բացարձակապես կկորչի այդ սխեմայով։

Նրան կտրվի աննախանձելի դեր։ Երևանի որոշակի տատանումները և լուրջ արևմտամետ լոբբիստական խմբերի առկայությունը մտավախություններ և կասկածներ են առաջացնում»,- ասել է նա։ «Հարցն այն է, թե արդյո՞ք մենք գործում ենք րոպեական կատեգորիաներով, թե՞ դեպի հեռու ապագան ենք նայում: Հեռավոր ապագային նայելով՝ թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ Հայաստանի համար փոխադարձ ինտեգրումը օգտակար է, օգտակար է Հայաստանի համար, որ գոնե հավասարակշռություն և հակակշիռ ունենա»,- ընդգծել է ռուս փորձագետը։ Միխեևն ասել է, որ այժմ տեսնում է, թե ինչպես է Ռուսաստան-Բելառուս միութենական ինտեգրացիան շատ լուրջ առաջընթաց գրանցել։ «Հնարավոր է, որ սա օրինակ լինի այլ երկրների համար։

Եթե Հայաստանն իր համար հետաքրքիր է համարում այդ ձևաչափը, ապա դա միանգամայն հնարավոր է իրականացնել։ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները ամրագրված են ԵԱՏՄ նախագծերով, դրանք կարևոր են, և հենց էնպես այդ ամենը մսխել ու ցրել միայն այն պատճառով, որ ինչ-որ մեկը թարս նայեց ինչ-որ մեկին, կամ ինչ-որ մեկի ոտքը տրորեց, ուղղակի իմաստ չունի»,ընդգծել է փորձագետը։
