Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը հեգնանքով է արձագանքել տեղեկությանն առ այն, որ Եվրահանձնաժողովը համաձայնություն է տվել, որպեսզի եվրոպական երկրները ռուսական գազի համար վճարեն ռուբլով։

«Եվրահանձնաժողովը թույլ է տվել գազի համար վճարել ռուբլով և կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հրամանագիրը դեռ կարող է կիրառվել եվրոպական բիզնեսի կողմից։ Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում մեր եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետևողականությունը»,- գրել է Մեդվեդևը Telegram-ի  ալիքում։

Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ «ԱՄՀ-ի վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ Եվրոպան կկարողանա առանց ռուսական գազի դիմանալ ոչ ավելի, քան վեց ամիս։

«Բայց եթե լուրջ, մեկ շաբաթ էլ չեն դիմանա»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահը։

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի հաշվարկներով՝ եվրոպական երկրները առանց ռուսական բնական գազի առանց լուրջ խնդիրների կարող են ապրել ընդամենը վեց ամիս, որից հետո կսկսվեն զգալի տնտեսական խնդիրներ։ Ինչպես ուրբաթ հաղորդել է Reuters-ը, Եվրահանձնաժողովը նամակ է ուղարկել ԵՄ երկրներին՝ բացատրելով, որ ԵՄ ընկերությունները, մի շարք պայմանների դեպքում, կկարողանան ռուսական գազի համար վճարել ռուբլով՝ չխախտելով Մոսկվայի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները։ Գործակալությունը պարզաբանում է, որ վճարման հնարավոր սխեմաներից մեկը ենթադրում է դոլարով կամ եվրոյով հաշիվներ բացել ռուսական բանկում, որին գազ ստացող եվրոպական ընկերությունը վարկավորում է արժույթը, այն վերածում ռուբլու և վճարում։ Այս սխեման բացառում է արևմտյան երկրների կողմից ռուսական գազի համար վճարումների արգելափակման հնարավորությունը։
