Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում շինբարեկարգման ծրագրերը նոր ծավալներ են ընդգրկել: Վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արամ Ազատյանի վերահսկողության ներքո իրականացվում են ասֆալտապատման, այդ թվում փողոցների, մայթերի և բակային տարածքների ասֆալտբետոնե ծածկի վերականգնման աշխատանքներ։ Վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը պարբերաբար աշխատանքային այցեր է կազմակերպում՝ առկա խնդիրներին ծանոթանալու և դրանց համակողմանի լուծում տալու նպատակով։
Այս շրջանակներում ընթացք է տրվել մի շարք խնդիրների լուծմանը, մասնավորապես կանաչապատ խաղահրապարակ և ֆուտբոլի դաշտ ունենալու, չգործող հին շինություններից հետիոտնային ճանապարհը մաքրելու, աղբահանության և կանաչ գոտիներում աղբամանների քանակի, հաղորդալարերի կարգաբերման, վերանորոգման աշխատանքների, նստարանների և զրուցարանի տեղադրման, տարածքները քարակույթերից և ցանցերից մաքրելու հարցերին։
