Արցախն Ադրբեջանին չհանձնելու և Հայաստանի պետականությանը սպառնացող վտանգները կանխելու համար այսօր կանգնած ենք մեկ խնդրի առաջ՝ դա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության հեռացումն է, ինչից հետո նոր ձևավորվող անցումային կառավարությունը պետք է հրատապ քայլեր ձեռնարկի երկու պետությունների անվտանգության ապահովման համար՝ գործի դնելով նաև դիվանագիտության ընձեռած բոլոր հնարավորությունները։

168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանը՝ ընդգծելով՝ եթե հայկական երկու պետությունների պահպանման համար փողոց դուրս գա նվազագույնը 50 հազար ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ապա «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունն ուղղակի այլ ելք չի ունենալու, քան ԱԺ-ում ընդդիմության վարչապետի թեկնածուին ընտրելը։

«Եթե բավարար չափով մարդիկ ոտքի կանգնեն, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունն այլ ելք չի ունենալու, չի՛ կարողանալու գնալ ժողովրդի կամքին հակառակ։ Պարզապես բոլորը, մեր հայրենակիցները՝ ՀՀ-ում թե սփյուռքում, պետք է իրենց պարտքը համարեն երկրի փրկությունը և հասկանան, որ չպետք է թույլ տալ, որ այս իշխանությունն իրականացնի իր այն պլանը, ինչի համար եկել է իշխանության։ Իհարկե, չեմ կարծում, որ ՔՊ-ն միանգամից կգնա ընդդիմության վարչապետի թեկնածուին ընտրելու, որովհետև այդ թիմում հավաքված են մարդիկ, որոնք չունեն հայրենիքի ընկալում, ազգային գաղափարախոսություն, բայց միևնույն է, ժողովրդի ճնշմամբ դա հնարավոր է լինելու, իրենք պարտադրված են լինելու դա անել, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է դա պարտադրող ուժին, ապա բավարար կարող է լինել անգամ փողոցում ակտիվ պայքարող 50 հազար քաղաքացու պահանջը»,- ասաց Ստամբուլյանը։

Պատգամավորի պնդմամբ՝ այն իշխանությունը, որը վստահեցնում էր, թե Արցախի հարցը պետք է լուծվի հանրաքվեի միջոցով, հիմա պարտավոր է տեր կանգնել իր խոսքին, ու եթե ցանկանում է հարցը լուծել, ապա գնա հանրաքվեի ճանապարհով։

«Այդքան ռիսկ ունեք, դե՛, գնացեք հանրաքվեի. տեսնենք՝ քանի՞ հայ կողմ կլինի, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում հայտնվի։ Իհարկե, այս իշխանությունը 2021 թվականի ընտրությունների ժամանակ վարչական ռեսուրս է օգտագործել, բայց անգամ այդ դեպքում մարդիկ ընտրություններից հետո տեսնում են, թե ինչ է կատարվում, ուստի, հիմա որքան էլ վարչական ռեսուրս կիրառեն, վստահ եմ՝ հանրաքվեի դեպքում էլ հայ ազգը երբեք թույլ չի տա, որ Արցախը հայտնվի Ադրբեջանի կազմում»,- ասաց Ստամբուլյանը։
