Երեկվա օրը շատ լավ եմ գնահատում, մարդկանց մասնակցության թիվը բավականին մեծ էր, ազգը արթնացել է և մարդիկ գիտակցել էն, որ պետք է քշել այս իշխանություններին։ Այս մասին լրագողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը, ով ապրիլի 17-ից հայտարարել էր Ազատության հրապարակում բողոքի ակցիաների մեկնարկի մասին։

Անդրադառնալով երեկ ոստիկանների կողմից ցուցարարների նկատմամբ կիրառված ուժին, Վանեցյանը ասաց, որ անհնար է ուժով կասեցնել ժողովրդի պոռթկումը և հորդորեց ոստիկանությանը մնալ իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում։

«Իշխանությունները ստում են հերթական անգամ և մեր պայքարի հետևանքով նոր պատերազմի թեզը առաջ տանելով՝ փորձում են ահաբեկել մեր բնակչությանը։ Նոր պատերազմ չի լինելու, այն լինելու է, եթե իրենք մնան իշխանության։ Պատերազմը հիմա էլ շարունակվում է, երեկ չէ առաջին օրը ունեցանք ևս մեկ գերի, ինչ է սա, եթե ոչ պատերազմ։ Իշխանությունները հերթական անգամ մանիպուլացնում են ժողովրդին, որ լինելու է պատերազմ, պատերազմ չի լինելու, լինելու դեպքում՝ մենք ունակ ենք կանխել այն»,- ասաց Արթուր Վանեցյանը։

Վերջինս ընդգծեց, որ իրենց պայքարին միացել են բազմաթիվ այլ խմբեր, ինչը վկայում է, որ սա պայքար չէ հանուն իշխանության։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկվանից մեկնարկել է ընդդիմության պայքարի երկրորդ՝ ակտիվ փուլը, ինչի մասին դեռ օրեր առաջ հայտարարել էր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը։
