Սուբսիդավորմամբ լիզինգ՝ սկսած փաստացի 0% տոկոսադրույքից

Հայաստանում արտադրություն կազմակերպելու կամ արտադրությունն ընդլայնելու նպատակով Ակբա Լիզինգը, ՀՀ կառավարության «Տնտեսության արդիականացման միջոցառման» ծրագրի շրջանակում, տնտեսավարողներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռում արդիականացնել արտադրական հնարավորությունները:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում տնտեսավարողները Ակբա Լիզինգի միջոցով հայաստանյան շուկայից կարող են ձեռք բերել կամ արտասահմանից ներմուծել նոր (չօգտագործված) սարքեր և սարքավորումներ:
Ծրագրով լիզինգը տրամադրվում է հետևյալ պայմաններով՝
- Արժույթ՝ ՀՀ դրամ, ԱՄՆ դոլար, Եվրո
- Կանխավճար՝ սկսած 10%-ից
- Մարման ժամկետ՝ մինչև 60 ամիս (սուբսիդավորման ժամկետ` մինչև 42 ամիս)
- Սուբսիդավորումից հետո ՀՀ դրամի դեպքում տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը կկազմի 1.45-5.55%,
- Սուբսիդավորումից հետո արտարժույթի դեպքում տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը կկազմի 0-2․54%:
- ՀՀ դրամի դեպքում տարեկան անվանական տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 10.9-15%, սուբսիդավորվում է 10%-ը,
- Արտարժույթի դեպքում տարեկան անվանական տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 8-10%, սուբսիդավորվում է 8%-ը:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում Ակբա Լիզինգի կողմից տրամադրվող լիզինգի առավելագույն գումարի չափը կազմում է 1 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ կամ համարժեք արտարժույթ:
Ընդ որում, տնտեսավարողը, ում կանոնադրական կապիտալում 200 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ և ավելի գումարի չափով ներդրում է կատարվել 2021 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև աջակցության հայտը ներկայացնելու պահը, Ակբա Լիզինգի միջոցով կարող է օգտվել մինչև 10 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամի ֆինանսավորման արտոնությունից՝ համապատասխան ծրագրի պայմանների։
Ծրագիրը գործելու է մինչև 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը։
Ծրագիրն ուղղված է խթանելու նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ներմուծմանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն, որը կնպաստի արտադրվող ապրանքների և մատուցվող ծառայությունների մրցունակության բարձրացմանն ու աշխատանքի արտադրողականության աճին։
