Այս օրերին Հայաստանում ծնվում է համաժողովրդական շարժում, որը երեք շատ կարևոր ձեռքբերում է ունենալու:

1. ՀԱՅԸ նորից դառնում է ԱԶԳ: Նա մերժելու է իր շարքերում գլուխ բարձրացրած մորթապաշտությանը, «նիկոլիզմը» և մարտնչող տգիտությանը: Ազգային ոգին ու արժանապատվությունը նորից վերակենդանանում են: Այսօր Երևանի փողոցներում ձևավորվում է համազգային նպատակների համար պայքարի պատրաստվող նոր ազգային պետությունը:
2. Նիկոլի քանդած Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք եռամիասնությունը կրկին համախմբվում է: Հայն աշխարհում վերականգնելու է իր պատիվը, անվտանգությունը և խաղաղ պետականությունը: Արցախն ու Հայաստանը վերագտնելու են պետությունն ամրացնելու, ռազմա-քաղաքական դիրքերը վերականգնելու և Արցախն ամբողջացնելու ճշմարիտ ուղին:
3. Նիկոլն ու իր նեղ խունտան դատապարտվելու են: Ընդ որում, հնչելու են և´ իրավական, և´ քաղաքական, և´ բարոյական դատավճիռներ: Նիկոլի բացած պատմության սև էջը փակվում է:

Ինչպես 1988թ. համազգային շարժումը հիմք դրեց Հայաստանի ու Արցախի անկախ պետությունների ձևավորման համար, այնպես էլ այս օրերին սկսված համաժողովրդական շարժումը հիմք է դնելու Արցախի ու Հայաստանի պետականությունների նոր վերածննդի համար:
