Դեբեդ գետից 2-ամյա երեխային դուրս բերած քաղաքացին պարգևատրվել է «Համագործակցություն հանուն փրկության» մեդալով

Ապրիլի 27-ին Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտների դիպլոմների հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը: Մինչ պարգևատրումը՝ ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը միջոցառման մասնակիցներին ու հյուրերին ներկայացրել է Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Ժիրայր Պողոսյանին, ով օրեր առաջ սեփական կյանքը վտանգելով՝ Դեբեդ գետից դուրս էր բերել 2 ամյա փոքրիկին և տեղափոխել Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն:
«Շատ խորհրդանշական եմ համարում հենց այս արարողության ժամանակ պարգևատրել ու շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ժիրայր Պողոսյանին: Այստեղ են ՃԿՊԱ ուսանողները, ովքեր ավարտում են Ակադեմիան և հնարավոր է ընտրեն փրկարարի մասնագիտությունը: Սա վառ օրինակ է, թե ինչպիսին պետք է լինի փրկարարը, ինչպիսի գիտակցում պետք է ունենա մարդը, որպեսզի կարողանա ցուցաբերել նման վարքագիծ»,- նշել է նախարարը:
Ճանապարհային շինարարությամբ զբաղվող Ժիրայր Պողոսյանը չի բացառում, որ գուցե ապագայում որոշում կայացնի համալրել փրկարար ծառայողների շարքերը: Հիմա մի բան է անհանգստացնում՝ երեխայի առողջական վիճակը:
«Գնացել եմ երեխային օգնելու նպատակով: Միակ բանը, որ մտածում էի՝ նրան փրկելն էր: Երբ արդեն գրկումս էր, ձեռքերս դողում էին, թե ինչպես եմ մեքենա վարել՝ չգիտեմ: Պարտք էր, որ կատարեցի: Հիմա միայն երեխայից լավ լուրի եմ սպասում. այսօր կամ վաղն անպայման կայցելեմ նրան»:
Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ երեխան այս պահին գտնվում է «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնում. կա դրական դինամիկա և երեխայի կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում:
ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանի հրամանով ցուցաբերած արիության, խիզախության, կյանքին սպառնացող վտանգի պայմաններում քաղաքացիական պարտքը կատարելու համար Ժիրայր Պողոսյանը պարգևատրվել է «Համագործակցություն հանուն փրկության» մեդալով, արժանացել՝ դրամական պարգևի:
