POLITICSԱպրիլի 27-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացրած պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչներին:
Խոսելով այցի նպատակից` 2021թ. արտահերթ ընտրությունների ժամանակ ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ դիտորդական առաքելության ղեկավար Յոհան Մըրֆին նշել է, որ Հայաստանում են ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի պատրաստած վերջնական զեկույցը ներկայացնելու համար:
Հանդիպմանը զրուցել են Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության կարեւոր նշանակությունից` քննարկելով նաեւ ժողովրդավարական երկրների խորհրդարաններում իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն գործակցության եւ փոխազդեցության ձեւերը:
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահն անդրադարձել է 2021թ. հունիսի 20-ի ընտրություններին հաջորդած ժամանակաշրջանին առնչվող օրենսդրական փոփոխություններին եւ Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության ներկա վիճակին առնչվող հարցերին:
Անդրադարձ կատարելով տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության խնդիրներին` ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի դերը` որպես կարեւոր հարթակ ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանում վստահությունն ամրապնդելու համար` ուշադրություն հրավիրելով ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից արված ագրեսիվ հայտարարություններին: Նա փաստել է, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության կարելի է հասնել միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման միջոցով, որը պետք է ներառի Արցախի կարգավիճակի հստակեցումը` Արցախի ժողովրդի կողմից իր ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման հիման վրա:
Կողմերը խոսել են նաեւ ընտրական համակարգերի միջազգային չափորոշիչներից` այս համատեքստում դիտարկելով հայաստանյան համապետական ընտրությունների արձանագրած ձեռքբերումները:
