Յունիբանկն առաջարկում է «Արտոնյալ հիփոթեք» վարկատեսակը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս վերաֆինանսավորել գործող վարկը:  «Արտոնյալ հիփոթեքը» ուղղված է վարկավորման պայմանների բարելավմանն ու վարկային ծանրաբեռնվածության նվազմանը:
 
Վարկը տրամադրվում է ՀՀ դրամով կամ ԱՄՆ դոլարով, համապատասխանաբար, մինչև 120 և 240 ամիս ժամկետով: Գումարը կազմում է 5 մլն-ից մինչև 100 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կամ 10 000 դոլարից մինչև 200 000 դոլար: 
 
«Արտոնյալ հիփոթեք» վարկի  տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 13,75%՝ ՀՀ դրամի և 8,75%՝  ԱՄՆ դոլարի դեպքում:
