Երբ 2019 թվականին «Յուքոմ»-ը հայաստանյան հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում առաջին անգամ թողարկեց դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսեր, ընկերության մի շարք աշխատակիցներ նույնպես ձեռք են բերել դրանք:
Նախորդ հրապարակումներում պատմել ենք, թե որոնք են այն 3 հիմնական պատճառները, որոնք խոսում են ընկերության պարտատոմսերը գնելու օգտին: Դրանք են՝ ընկերության կայուն զարգացումը, պարտատոմսերի բարձր տոկոսադրույքները և թափանցիկ գործելաոճն ու հաշվետվողականութունը: Այս անգամ կդիտարկենք Ucom պարտատոմսեր գնելու այն 3 պատճառները, որոնք նշել են հենց ընկերության աշխատակիցները։
Առաջին հերթին, եթե ունեք ազատ ֆինանսական միջոցներ, որոնք միևնույն է պատրաստվում էիք վստահել կամայական որևէ բանկի, ապա ավելի նպատակահարմար է ուղղել դրանք այն ընկերություն, որտեղ աշխատում եք: Երբ ներդնում եք ձեր սեփական միջոցներն այդ ընկերություն, ապա դառնում եք դրա հետագա զարգացման ոչ միայն ուղիղ պատասխանատուն, այլև շահագրգիռ կողմը: Ընկերությունն աշխատավայրից վերածվում է ձեզ համար փոքր բիզնեսի, որտեղ ձեր անձնական ներդրումից իսկապես շատ բան է կախված:
