ԵՊՀ փոխդեկանը ուսանողներից քննության համար կաշառք է վերցրել

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Ա. Թ.-ն, 2002-2022 թվականների ընթացքում զբաղեցնելով ԵՊՀ մաթեմատիկայի և մեխանիկայի ֆակուլտետի դեկանի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, ունենալով դոցենտի կոչում և հանդիսանալով ֆակուլտետի կառավարման կոլեգիալ մարմնի անդամ, ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողության համար ուսանողներից ստացել է կաշառք, ինչպես նաև կատարել պաշտոնեական կեղծիք: Այս մասին հայտնում են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։ Մասնավորապես՝ Ա. Թ.-ն, նույն ԲՈՒՀ-ի տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի ֆինանսներ բաժնի 1-ին կուրսում դասավանդելով Մաթեմատիկական անալիզ առարկան, իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողության, այն է՝ նույն ֆակուլտետի երկու ուսանողի կողմից հիշյալ առարկայի քննությունը վերահանձնելու ժամանակ վերջիններիս դրական գնահատելու և այդ կերպ նրանց համալսարանից հեռացվելու հանգամանքը կանխելու նպատակով 2022թ. փետրվարի 25-ին ԵՊՀ վարչական շենքում գտնվող իր աշխատասենյակում հանդիպել է հիշյալ ուսանողների ազգականներ ներկայացած անձանց, որոնցից պահանջել ու անձամբ ստացել է 96.424 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 200-ական ԱՄՆ դոլար և 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք: Կաշառքի առարկան ստանալուց հետո՝ նույն օրը, Ա. Թ.-ն վերը նշված ուսանողներից ընդունել է քննությունը և համապատասխան գիտելիքներ չունենալու պայմաններում քննական առարկայի լուծարքային տեղեկագրում մտցրել է ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ՝ նրանց կողմից դրական գնահատական ստանալու վերաբերյալ, այնուհետև՝ տեղեկագիրը դրել շրջանառության մեջ: Ուսանողներից կաշառք ստանալու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար Ա. Թ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով /2 դրվագ/ և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
