Պուտինը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել հակապատժամիջոցների մասին

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել, ըստ որի՝ հակապատժամիջոցներ կկիրառվեն այն երկրների և իրավաբանական անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք «անբարյացակամ գործողություններ» են կատարել։ Կառավարությունը 10-օրյա ժամկետում պետք է որոշի պատասխան պատժամիջոցների ենթարկվող անձանց ցուցակը։
Ինչպես գրում է kommersant.ru-ն, նշվածի շրջանակներում արգելվելու է կատարել գործարքներ և պարտավորություններ (ներառյալ արդեն իսկ կնքված արտաքին առևտրային պայմանագրերով) օտարերկրյա ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք ենթակա են պատժամիջոցների, ՌԴ-ից հումք և ապրանքներ արտահանել հօգուտ սև ցուցակում հայտնված անձանց:
Փետրվարի վերջից արևմտյան երկրները պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանում Ուկրաինայում ռուսական ռազմական գործողության պատճառով։ Այս ֆոնին Ռուսաստանը մարտին ընդլայնել է ոչ բարեկամ երկրների ցանկը։ Այն այժմ ներառում է Եվրամիության բոլոր երկրները, ԱՄՆ-ն, Ավստրալիան, Ալբանիան, Անդորրան, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Իսլանդիան, Կանադան, Լիխտենշտեյնը, Միկրոնեզիան, Մոնակոն, Նոր Զելանդիան, Նորվեգիան, Հարավային Կորեան, Սան Մարինոն, Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիան, Սինգապուրը, Թայվանը, Ուկրաինան, Չեռնոգորիան, Շվեյցարիան, Ճապոնիան:
