Ամենայն հարգանով առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի անձի նկատմամբ, բայց կապիտուլյանտի հետ մենք ունենք քննարկելու միայն իր հրաժարականի տեքստի մանրամասները։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խժմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Մամիջանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով առաջին նախագահի հրապարակած հոդվածին, որտեղ նա կոչ էր անում ընդդիմության լիդերներին մեկ սեղանի շուրջ նստել Փաշինյանի հետ և քննարկել ստեղծված իրավիճակը։
Խոսելով այն մասին, որ այս պահին ԱԺ-ն օրենքի նախագիծ է քննարկում, որով առաջարկվում է Փաշինյանին ՏԻՄ ղեկավար նշանակելու լիազորություն տալ, Մամիջանյանը ասաց․
«Վերջին խռխռոց արտահայտության մասին լսե՞լ եք, այ դա է։ Եթե այդ օրինագիծը առաջարկվեր ավելի վաղ, երբ քաղաքական գործընթացները այս թեժության չէին հասել, դա անհրաժեշտ կլիներ կանխել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով, որովհետև դա հարցականի տակ է դնում ՏԻՄ համակարգի ինստիտուտը, բայց քանի որ Փաշինյանը արդեն չկա և ինքը չունի մեր երկրում իշխանություն, կարևոր չէ, թե ինքն ու իր խունտան ինչ են քննարկում։ Ոնց քվեարկել են, այդպես էլ հետ կքվեարկենք»,- ասաց Մամիջանյանը։
