Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
 
Մայիսի 9-ը եռատոն է հայ ժողովրդի համար:
 
Այսօր նշում ենք Հայրենական Մեծ Պատերազմում մեր պապերի հաղթանակի, Շուշիի ազատագրման ու Արցախի Պաշտպանության Բանակի ձևավորման օրը:
 
Մայիսի 9-ը միշտ եղել է հայ ժողովրդի տարբեր սերունդներին հաղթանակի գաղափարի շուրջ միավորող մեծ տոն:
Այսօր, փաստացի, մեզանից փորձում են խլել այդ տոնը:
 
Կասկածի տակ են դնում Հայրենական պատերազմում մեր նախնիների սխրանքը, այլասերում են ու փորձում ջնջել մեր պատմական հիշողությունը:
 
Դավաճանելով Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում հայ ժողովրդի սխրանքը՝ հանձնեցին Շուշին ու փորձում են մեզ համոզել, որ պատմության այդ էջը փակված է:
 
Հարցականի տակ են դնում Արցախի՝ բանակ ունենալու իրավունքը:
 
Սա հանցագործություն է հայ ժողովրդի, հայի ինքնության, անցյալի, ներկայի ու ապագայի նկատմամբ:
Այս հանցագործությունը դադարեցնելու, անդունդը գլորվելու ընթացքը կանգնեցնելու համար ենք այսօր մենք դուրս եկել պայքարի՝ հանուն Հայաստանի, հանուն Արցախի, հանուն անցյալի ու ապագայի հաղթանակների:
Մեզ փորձում են համոզել, որ մենք պարտվել ենք ու պետք է համակերպվենք այդ պարտության հետ: Մեզ փորձում են զրկել մեր հաղթանակներից: Մենք դա թույլ չենք տալու:
 
Հայ ժողովուրդը պայքարող ու հաղթող ժողովուրդ է:
 
Մենք հետ ենք վերադարձնելու մեր հաղթանակները, լինելու ենք մեր պապերի արժանի ժառանգները, մեր երեխաներին մեծացնելու ենք որպես հաղթող ժողովրդի զավակներ:
 
Շնորհավոր մայիսի 9-ը,
Շնորհավոր Հաղթանակի օրը,
Շնորհավոր եռատոնը:
