Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության վերաճումը լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական բախումների՝ կբոցավառի ամբողջ Կովկասը, ինչը չի կարելի թույլ տալ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան «Ռոսիա 24» հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում:

«Մենք մեծ տագնապով ենք հետեւում, թե այսօր ինչ է տեղի ունենում Կովկասում, հատկապես ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կապակցությամբ, շփման գծում, որտեղ արդեն կիրառվում են ծանր սպառազինություններ, տանկեր, կան մարդկային կորուստներ»,- ասել է Բորդյուժան:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի պետությունների քաղաքական ռեսուրսը պետք է օգտագործվի, որպեսզի թույլ չտրվի իրադրության ապակայունացում, որպեսզի բավականին թեժ փուլում գտնվող հակամարտությունը չվերաճի լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական բախումների:

«Այսօր դա շատ սարսափելի հեռանկար է, որովհետեւ կբոցավառվի ամբողջ Կովկասը»,- ասել է Բորդյուժան:

Նա նշել է, թե հարկավոր է նախ եւ առաջ քաղաքական մեթոդներով, այդ թվում՝ օգտագործելով պետությունների ղեկավարների հեղինակությունը, թույլ չտալ իրադրության հետագա բարդացում: «Ընդհակառակը, հարկավոր է հանդարտեցնել իրադրությունը, դադարեցնել գնդակոծումները, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով, այլ ոչ թե ծանր զենքի կիրառմամբ»,- ասել է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է, որ 2016 թվականին Հայաստանում կանցկացվեն ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի լայնամասշտաբ վարժանքներ, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
