Այդ տարածքները ՀՀ-ի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեն. ադրբեջանագետ
INTERVIEWԱդրբեջանին անկլավների վերադարձի (Տավուշի մարզում գտնվող 7 անկլավները և Տիգրանաշենը) և այլ հարցերը պետք է լուծվեն Հայաստանի հետ սահմանազատման գործընթացի համատեքստում: Այս մասին ասել է Ադրբեջանի փոխարտգործնախարար Խալաֆ Խալաֆովը:
«Այդ հողերն Ադրբեջանի տարածքներն են: Այդ տարածքների վերադարձն Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ պահանջում է սահմանազատման գործընթաց, ուստի հարցը կքննարկվի այդ շրջանակում: Այդ հարցերը կքննարկվեն և կլուծվեն»,- ասել է Խալաֆովը:
Ադրբեջանագետ Գրիգորի Այվազյանի կարծիքով՝ այդ տարածքները ՀՀ-ի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեն և պետք է հիշել նաև իրավական հիմքերը, թե երբ և ինչ հանգամանքներում են այդ անկլավներն ընդհանրապես առաջացել.
«Եթե մենք հայացք նետենք, օրինակ, 20-ական թվականների Խորհրդային միության քարտեզներին, մենք չենք տեսնի, այդ անկլավները Հայաստանի տարածքի մեջ: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ դա ադրբեջանական՝ մեր սողացող հողերը գողանալու քաղաքականության արդյունք է: Այն ժամանակ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով, իրենց արոտավայրերի անվան տակ նրանք կտոր-կտոր Հայաստանից տարածքներ են առանձնացրել: Մենք նաև ունենք այն փաստը, որ այդ տարածքները գտնվում են Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ճանապարհների վրա՝ Արարատի մարզը Վայոց Ձորին ու Սյունիքին և Հայաստանը Վրաստանին կապող ճանապարհները: ՀՀ շահերի տեսանկյունից անհանդուրժելի է այդ ճանապարհների վրա այսպես կոչված «ադրբեջանական պոստեր»-ի հայտնվելը»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ադրբեջանագետը:
