Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում մայիսի 10-ին հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազությունը:
«Ինչպես հաղորդվել էր ավելի վաղ, մայիսի 10-ին, երեկոյան ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի «Վերածննդի» հրապարակում հնչել են կրակոցներ, որի հետևանքով վնասվել էր Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակչին պատկանող ավտոմեքենան: Դեպքի առթիվ ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքների հիման վրա ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 269-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (խուլիգանություն, որը կատարվել է զենքի կամ որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների գործադրմամբ) և 245-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) նախատեսված հանցանքների հատկանիշներով: Ենթադրյալ հանցագործության կատարման կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ս.Կ.-ն:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, որի ընթացքի ու արդյունքների մասին կտրվի հավելյալ տեղեկություն»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
