Մաքսանենգության դեպք վրաց-հայկական սահմանին

Վրաստանի քննչական ծառայությունը մեկ անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շարժական գույքի մաքսանենգության համար, այս մասին հայտնում է Aliq.ge-ն։
Ըստ տեղեկության՝ քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ապօրինի նյութական օգուտ ստանալու նպատակով մեղադրյալը վրաց-հայկական Սադախլոյի անցակետով Վրաստանից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն՝ մաքսային հսկողությունից գաղտնի, իր հսկողության տակ գտնվող MERCEDES-BENZ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հատուկ կազմակերպված թաքստոցում փորձել է վաճառքի նպատակով տեղափոխել առանձնապես խոշոր չափի դեղորայք և համակարգչային տեխնիկա՝ ընդհանուր 26 հազար 644 լարի (մոտ 8 882 դոլար) մաքսային արժեքով:
«Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության քննչական ծառայության աշխատակիցների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում, եկամուտների ծառայության մաքսային վարչության աշխատակիցների համաձայնությամբ, Վրաստանի մաքսային սահմանով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի շարժական գույքի մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով տեղափոխելու փորձի համար քրեական գործ է հարուցվել մեկ անձի նկատմամբ», — հայտնել են քննչական ծառայությունից։
Քննչական ծառայության տվյալներով՝ հետաքննություն է ընթանում Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 214-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով, որը նախատեսում է ազատազրկում՝ 5-ից 7 տարի ժամկետով։
