«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչի՞ հետ եք կապում «Նապոլեոն» բառը: Ֆրանսիական կայսեր անվա՞ն։ Հանրաճանաչ տորթի բաղադրատոմսի՞: Կոնյակի գիտակների համար այդ բառը բոլորովին այլ ասոցիացիաներ է առաջացնում, այն էլ՝ միանգամից մի քանի պատճառներով։ Նախ՝ կա նույն անունով կոնյակի տուն, որտեղ շատ բարձրակարգ խմիչք է արտադրվում։ Երկրորդ հերթին՝ «Նապոլեոն» բառը կոնյակի հնեցման նշանակումն է (նման VSOP-ին կամ XO-ին): Կոնյակը, որի շշի վրա առկա է այդ մակագրությունը, կաղնե տակառներում անցկացրել է առնվազն 6 տարի, թեև այնտեղ գտնվելու ժամանակաշրջանը հաճախ շատ ավելի երկար է՝ մինչև 30 տարի կամ ավելի: Այս կամ այն արտադրողի՝ այդպիսի կոնյակը հաճախ դառնում է շատ կոլեկցիոներների և պարզապես այդ խմիչքի երկրպագուների նվիրական երազանքը:

Ընդ որում, բավականաչափ հարուստ երկրպագուների, քանի որ նման խմիչքների գինը շատ բարձր է։ Այդ խմիչքի համն ու բույրը յուրահատուկ է, այն ունի իր հոգին ու բնավորությունը։ Այս դասի ըմպելիքները հնարավոր չէ շփոթել այլ ըմպելիքների հետ։ Նման կոնյակներն իրենց յուրահատկությունները ստանում են ոչ միայն հնեցման ժամանակ, այլ նաև գինեգործների գիտելիքներով, որոնք խաղող են աճեցնում, դրանից գինենյութ պատրաստում, ապա այդ գինուց թորում կոնյակի սպիրտ։ Այս գործընթացը երկար է ու աշխատատար՝ 9 լիտր գինուց դուրս է գալիս 1 լիտր կոնյակի սպիրտ, իսկ 30 տարի հնեցնելուց հետո ըմպելիքից ավելի քիչ է մնում, քանի որ այն գոլորշիանում է։ Բացի այդ, էլիտար ալկոհոլի աշխարհում (որը, անշուշտ, ներառում է «Նապոլեոն» կատեգորիայի կոնյակները), հազվադեպ է լինում, որ վարպետ գինեգործները չճաշակեն իրենց աշխատանքի պտուղները, ինչի արդյունքում ևս դրա քանակը նվազում է. չէ՞ որ հնեցման շրջանը չափազանց երկար է տևում, իսկ «դեգուստացիոն» փուլերը, ըստ այդմ, շատ: Դրա համար էլ նման կոնյակների գները շատ ու շատ բարձր են։

Ինքը՝ կայսրը, ուղղակիորեն չի մասնակցել այդ անվան առաջացմանը։ Սկզբում, երբ դեռ հստակ դասակարգում չկար, արտադրողները, որպես «կայսերական» բառի հոմանիշ, օգտագործում էին «Նապոլեոն» բառը, որպեսզի ընդգծեն նման խմիչքի բացառիկությունը։ Հետագայում կազմվել է կոնյակների դասակարգումը, և առաջադրվել են այնպիսի պահանջներ, որոնց բավարարման դեպքում միայն խմիչքը կարող է կրել «Նապոլեոն» պատվավոր անվանումը։
