Հայաստանի առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն ուղերձ է հղել Բուժքույրերի միջազգային օրվա առիթով:
Ուղերձը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Մայիսի 12-ը բուժքույրերի միջազգային օրն է:
Սիրելի բուժքույրեր, ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական միջազգային օրվա առիթով:
Երախտագիտությունս եմ հայտնում, որ չնայած մի շարք մարտահրավերների ու աշխարհն ահաբեկած համավարակի, ձեր մասնագիտական բարձր որակների, համբերատարության ու հոգատարության շնորհիվ կարողացաք կատարել ձեր առաքելությունը:
Դուք առանցքային դեր ունեք հիվանդների բարեկեցության, անվտանգության պահպանման և վերականգնողական բուժման հարցերում: Անփոխարինելի էր ձեր դերը հատկապես 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում. դուք աշխատեցիք առաջնագծում` ծայրահեղ ծանրաբեռնված, սթրեսային և լարված իրավիճակներում` կյանքը կորցնելու վտանգն աչքի առաջ:
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը կարևորում է քույրական գործի բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտությունը: Մենք մշակել ենք բուժքույրական գործի զարգացման ռազմավարություն, որի արդյունքում բուժքույրական ներուժի պատրաստման, արդյունավետ պլանավորման և կառավարման միջոցով կկարողանանք բժշկական հաստատություններն ապահովել որակյալ մասնագետներով: Բուժքույրական ներուժի մասնակցությունը կարևորում ենք նաև համապարփակ առողջապահական ծածկույթի ապահովման գործընթացներում: Գնում ենք բարեփոխումների` հստակ ուղենշելով բուժքույրերի որոշակի կատեգորիաների պայմանագրերով սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձերի վերանայման, «ծանրաբեռնված» աշխատանքի չափելիության սկզբունքների և խրախուսական մեխանիզմների սահմանման, կրթական համակարգի բարելավման, բարձրագույն կրթությամբ բուժքույրերի մոդելի ներդրման հարցերը:
Նշեմ, որ 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 15-ին կառավարության որոշմամբ բարձրագույն մասնագիտական կրթության մասնագիտությունների և որակավորումների ցանկի «Առողջապահություն» բաժնում ավելացել է «Քույրական գործի բակալավր» որակավորումը:
Իսկ բակալավրի կրթական ծրագրի ներդրումը բուժքույրերի համար բարձրագույն կրթության հնարավորությունների ստեղծման առաջին քայլն է, որի նպատակն է բուժքույրերի դերի մեծացումը, կարողությունների բարելավումը, ներգրավումը բուժքույրական կրթության, գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներում և միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան` կրթված բուժքույրական կադրային ներուժի պատրաստումը:
Սիրելի բուժքույրեր, ձեր մասնագիտական օրվա այս տարվա ԱՀԿ կարգախոսի («Ներդրումներ կատարել քույրական գործ մասնագիտության զարգացման մեջ և հարգել բուժքույրերի իրավունքները») համաձայն, ամեն ինչ անելու ենք ձեր մասնագիտական զարգացման, մասնագիտական իրավունքի վերահաստատման ուղղությամբ»:
