ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևն իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում անդրադարձել է Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակին:

«Ռուսաստանի հետ ՆԱՏՕ-ի պատերազմի մասին օտարերկրյա վերլուծաբանների անվերջ խոսակցությունները չեն հանդարտվում։ Ավելին, արևմտյան «խոսող գլուխների» ցինիզմը գնալով ավելի է արտահայտվում։

Նրանք ամբողջ ուժով փորձում են օրակարգ մտցնել այն թեզը, թե Ռուսաստանը միջուկային հակամարտությամբ է վախեցնում աշխարհը։ Անգամ Թրամփը վերջերս է արտահայտվել այս մասին: Ճիշտ է, իհարկե, միայն Բայդենին հակառակվելու համար: Եվ իհարկե եվրոպացիները «ծվծվում» են իրենց բարակ ձայնով։

Ռուսաստանի հետ արևմտյան երկրների կողմից սանձազերծված պրոքսի պատերազմի համատեքստում ես ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ շատ հստակ ձևակերպել բաներ, որոնք արդեն այնքան ակնհայտ են բոլոր ողջամիտ մարդկանց համար։

1. ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների կողմից Ուկրաինան սպառազինությամբ լցնելը, նրա զորքերի ուսուցումն արևմտյան տեխնիկան օգտագործելու համար, վարձկանների ուղարկումը և Դաշինքի երկրների կողմից մեր սահմանների մոտ զորավարժությունների անցկացումը մեծացնում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ուղիղ և բացահայտ հակամարտության հավանականությունը` «վստահված անձանց միջոցով պատերազմի փոխարեն»:

2. Նման հակամարտությունը միշտ էլ լիակատար միջուկային պատերազմի վերածվելու վտանգ ունի։

3. Սա աղետալի սցենար կլինի բոլորի համար։
