3 զոհ, 2 վիրավոր․ Նոր Հաճնի կամրջի մոտ բախվել են BMW-ն ու Mitsubishi-ն

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 12-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում Աբովյան-Նոր Հաճն ավտոճանապարհի՝ Նոր Հաճնի կամրջի սկզբնամասում բախվել են BMW և Mitsubishi Pajero մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, 4 հոգի, որոնցից երկուսը՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ, տեղափոխվել են «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն: Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիներն ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման թիվ 15 փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները՝ ջոկատի հրամանատար Սերգեյ Բիձյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է նաև ԱԻՆ ՓԾ թիվ 45 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ: Օպերատիվ են գործել նաև բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբերը, ովքեր վիրավորներին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը՝ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն են ցուցաբերել:
Մահացածին ավտոմեքենայից դուրս են բերել փրկարարները: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ գումարտակի համանատար Արսեն Մարդոյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Հայկ Դավթյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Տիգրան Քոթանջյանի գլխավորությամբ: Տեղում է նաև ոստիկանության Նոր Հաճնի բաժանմունքի խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատուի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 177 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Երվանդ Ալեքսանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փաստի առթիվ Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էր քննչական խումբը, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ վիրավորներից 2-ը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել են:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդների, մահացածների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Mitsubishi Pajero-ն վարել է սիրված ու ճանաչված երգիչ Վարդան Ուրումյանը, ով նույնպես բժշկական օգնություն ստանալու նպատակով տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ քիչ առաջ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտե նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի կարգադրությամբ դեպքի վար են ժամանել Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի պետ Գոռ Թադևոսյանն ու նույն բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Մանվել Մուրադյանը, ովքեր Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Գ. Մաթևոսյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Դալլաքյանի հետ վթարի վայրում կրկնակի տեղազննություն են կատարում:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
